NEUE SCHULE SLIMMA CURB
Our Price: $245.00

Gives a good lifting action without upper palate interferenceA very unobtrusive design that sits well back in the mouth over the thicker, less sensitive part of the tongue. The "Slimma" Weymouth is anatomically designed to take up very little room in the mouth bridging the tongue (tongue relief) and contouring snugly under the upper palate leaving much more space for the bradoon.

NEUE SCHULE WARMBLOOD CURB
Our Price: $265.00

Don't loose precious marks through tongue evasions! New lightweight, elegant cheek design.

The forward cut port is very cleverly designed giving generous tongue relief without causing upper palate interference. It is extremely popular with the large tongued KWPN, Hanoverians etc. This design has often proven the panacea to many long term tongue evasions.

NEUE SCHULE TB CURB
Our Price: $245.00

Does your horse suffer from bar sensitivity?
This mouthpiece traces out a subtle convex arc angled forwards at 45° to the cheek shanks. When a contact is taken, gentle uniform pressure is exerted over the widest, least sensitive part of the tongue, greatly reducing any pressure over the thinner, sensitive, outer edges of the tongue and bars. This design is extremely popular with Thoroughbreds, as they usually have thin skinned, angular bars. If a horse is particularly sensitive, a thicker bridoon may be employed.

NEUE SCHULE TRANSFORM CURB
Our Price: $245.00

Is your horse overactive in the mouth? Is he inwardly fixated on the presence of the doubles and not
focussing fully on the rein aids?
This revolutionary new design has proven to be an excellent solution. The mouthpiece traces a subtle convex arc, which, when the curb rein is employed, rotates the Weymouth cheeks back at approximately 45°. The curb chain is engaged at this point restricting further rotation and simultaneously the mouthpiece rotates forwards, coming to rest vertically within the mouth. It does not roll forwards onto the thinner more sensitive area of the tongue. The Transform is also beneficial for the “short smile” (small distance from the corner of the lip to the muzzle), as it will sit further back in the mouth and this leaves more room for the bridoon (snaffle part of the double). This Weymouth is so comfortable that it deters the horse from drawing his tongue
back in order to relieve pressure. As The Transform sits further back in the mouth there is usually
insufficient room behind the mouthpiece to enable the horse to get his tongue over it. This is
very useful if this evasion has b
ecome a confirmed habit, many times exacerbated through tension.

NEUE SCHULE STARTER CURB
Our Price: $245.00

Recommended as your horse’s introduction to the Weymouth (relaxed acceptance).
Also extremely beneficial for the sensitive mouth. A mild ergonomically designed Weymouth. The gently sloping mouthpiece forms a wide, low tongue bridge designed for maximum comfort across the tongue and gentle, even weight distribution over the bars. The mouthpiece is a constant 16mm diameter, circular over the bars and cleverly changing shape forming an oval profile over the tongue, thereby occupying minimum volume between the tongue and upper palate. This Weymouth sits well back in the mouth over a thicker, less sensitive part of the tongue. It is highly recommended as a starter Weymouth as it promotes relaxed acceptance, encouraging the horse to lengthen the neck, stretching into a soft, consistent contact.

NEUE SCHULE AACHEN CURB
Our Price: $245.00

Is your horse above the bit in doubles?
The Neue Schule Aachen is an innovative, ergonomically designed, very kind Weymouth whose mouthpiece is set on at 45° forwards to the cheek shanks. The gently sloping mouthpiece forms a wide, low tongue bridge designed for maximum comfort across the tongue and does not cause pressure over its sensitive outer edges. This tongue bridge also provides gentle, even weight distribution over the bars. The mouthpiece is a constant 16mm diameter, circular over the bars and cleverly changing shape forming an oval profile over the tongue, thereby occupying minimum volume between the tongue and upper palate. It is particularly beneficial for the horse that is inclined to work above the bit and come back at you (peacock outline), or those that are tense and shorten the neck. The Neue Schule Aachen is designed to encourage the horse to lower the poll and lengthen the neck into soft, sustainable contact.

NEUE SCHULE PACIFIER CURB
Our Price: $245.00

Revolutionary new concept in Weymouth design - the first of its kind!
Designed for the horse with a short smile (small distance from the corner of the lip to the muzzle) Does your horse draw the tongue back creating tension through the jaw, poll and neck? When the curb rein is employed ideally the Weymouth cheeks should rotate back at approximately 45°. The curb chain is engaged at this point restricting further rotation and simultaneously the mouthpiece rotates forwards and comes to rest vertically within the mouth. It does not roll forwards onto the tongue. A mild ergonomically designed Weymouth whose mouthpiece is set on at 45°backwards to the cheek shanks. The gently sloping mouthpiece forms a wide, low tongue bridge designed for maximum comfort across the tongue and gentle, even weight distribution over the bars. The mouthpiece is a constant 16mm diameter, circular over the bars and cleverly changing shape forming an oval
profile over the tongue, thereby occupying minimum volume between the tongue and upper palate. A very kind, gentle mouthpiece designed specifically for maximum comfort and clear communication. It is beneficial for horses that have a ‘short smile’ (small distance from the corner of the lip to the muzzle), as it will sit further back in the mouth. This leaves more room for the bridoon (snaffle part of the double). The comfort factor will discourage over-activity and tongue evasions and it is also physically harder
for the horse to draw the tongue back and get it over the mouthpiece as there is usually insufficient room to achieve this.
This revolutionary design has eradicated many long term tongue evasions, and often horses that were previously

NEUE SCHULE VERBINDEND SNAFFLE
Our Price: $145.00

Heavy on the forehand? The NS Verbindend greatly emphasises the signals through the rein. By encouraging clarity of the aids, and promoting a true outline the freedom through the shoulder can be developed, thus promoting self carriage and thoroughness. The NS Verbindend eradicates tongue evasions by creating a channel for the tongue to lie in allowing the horse to soften and relax through the jaw. This mouthpiece can also enhance the development of the bend for lateral work and smaller circles. The 12mm bridoon with neat 55mm rings is used with the Weymouth or on a small head. The 12mm with the 70mm rings normally offers extra lift from the shoulder and takes up less room in the mouth than thicker mouthpieces. If you are a pleasure rider and simply desire to establish a lighter, softer way of going this is the bit for you.
NEUE SCHULE TRANZ ANGLED LOZENGE SNAFFLE
Our Price: $145.00

A gentle training tool with a bit of extra help When a contact is taken, the Tranz Angled Lozenge rolls down onto the centre of the tongue, the ‘sweet spot’, enhancing feel and responsiveness, thus a higher level of communication through the rein is achieved. The arms are slightly curved and of an oval profile. This oval design takes up less room between the tongue and upper palate, whilst offering a similar weight bearing surface from the horse’s perspective as thicker, circular mouthpieces. The 14mm bridoon with neat 55mm rings is used with the Weymouth or on a small head. The 14mm normally offers extra lift from the shoulder and takes up less room in the mouth than thicker mouthpieces. Good for stronger horses, if you need more leverage. Also available with brass rings.
NEUE SCHULE TRANZ ANGLED LOZENGE EGGBUTT BRADOON
Our Price: $215.00

Need to promote a true consistent contact?
If your horse is tentative into the contact (inconsistent), the NS Eggbutt offers the stability within the mouth needed to boost the horse's confidence causing it to seek the bit taking the rein forwards. Very beneficial for short tense necks. Also excellent for directional control. Unlike traditional eggbutts, feel and response is not lost i.e. the horse will not fix against the hand.
